Entry Republic of Ireland Prize Draw Terms and ConditionsGuidelines
1. The competition is only open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 16 and over.
2. To enter: Please email dovemencare@essentiallygroup.com and leave the following details:
a. Full Name
b. Contact details (daytime phone number)
c. Date of Birth
d. Name of Team you would like to follow throughout the competition (i.e. Munster, Leinster, Connacht or Ulster)
3. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions above.
4. Closing date for entries is Wednesday 9th November 2011 at 12 midnight (GMT)
5. Promotion limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
6. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
7. The winner shall receive two tickets to every round of their chosen teams’ fixtures during this year’s Heineken Cup Season (i.e. if a team fails to qualify from the pool stages, NO knockout tickets will be provided). The prize is available to one lucky winner from each of the four competing Irish teams. Tickets home and away will be provided the week before each Heineken Cup round however NO travel costs will be covered. Winners need not apply for tickets if unavailable to attend. Further prize information will be provided if selected.
8. Dove Men+Care shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with the prize (to the extent permissible by law).
9. The winners will be selected at random by an independent judge from all the entries received by the closing date listed above. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Dove Men+Care reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winners will be notified by telephone within 24hours of the closing date. The winners must be contactable on Thursday 10th November to claim their prize. If the prize is unclaimed after 24hours following the competition closing deadline, the prize offer will lapse and Dove Men+Care reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
11. The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
12. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
